Super Simple Dice Game, Pattern work & Rock Sorting

So you'll need a dice per family member or participating member :)

1 sheet of paper to tally wins...

Each person take their turn rolling their dice ...

Highest role wins...

The kids love tallying up their scores and marking them along the way ...

They get excited in anticipation of who going to role what next ...

and have so much more fun than I would have thought before they played....

Super Simple passive way to work on numbers...

taking turns...

keeping score ...

and being a fair loser and encouraging one another....

Math blocks...

we love these things ...

Bubba loves using them to create patterns ...

and it also great hand eye coordination work taking them apart and rebuilding ...

Daddy had a great idea to create breaks in the pattern so that they can identify and fix them...

Good call!!!

We will totally be doing that moving forward...

Rocks...

the kids love rocks..

and love sorting things...

so we will sort them by size...

by color...

Hide them in cups and ask each other to guess how many are in there...

We use them to play mancala ...

{who remembers mancala... come on !?!?!?}

Eva will also bury them in mud ..

To dig them up and wash them...

The possibilities are seriously endless...

Don't overlook the simple...

The laying around...

Anything can be turned in to a fun learning game ....

JUST....HAVE.....FUN!

You're doing an amazing job <3
